Tart with Chantilly Cream – Best Sweet Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • qb icing sugar
  • 100 gr butter
  • .5 full milk
  • plum
  • qb salt
  • eggs
  • yolk
  • 200 g sugar
  • walnut fishing
  • vanilla in cue
  • 100 gr berries
  • jelly in sheets
  • qb white grapes
  • 1 dl fresh cream
  • apricot
  • 290 gr flour
  • lemon

PREPARATION

1) Mix 290 g of flour with a pinch of salt , 100 g of sugar , the grated rind of half a lemonand 100 g of diced cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Add an egg and a yolk and knead quickly. Wrap the mixture in a sheet of foil and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes . Meanwhile, soak the 5 gelatine sheets in a bowl with cold water for 5 minutes.

2) Cut the vanilla stick lengthwise, put it in a saucepan with half a liter of milk and 40 g of sugar and bring to the boiling point. Whip the remaining egg yolks with the remaining sugar , add the remaining flour and pour the milk into the mixture, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and cook the creamon low heat for 5-6 minutes , until it thickens. Add the jelly sheets drained and squeezed, mix and cover with the film so that it is in contact with the cream.

3) Roll out the prepared dough and cover the bottom and edges of a 22 cm diameter tart mold with movable bottom, prick the dough with a fork, cover with a sheet of wet baking paper, squeezed and filled with beans dry and cook the base in an oven already hot at 200 degrees for 20 minutes . Remove the paper and beans and continue cooking for 5 minutes. 
4) Let the shortcrust base cool, remove the bottom and take it out. Transfer the base on the serving plate with a scoop. Wash the fruit and cut the walnut , apricot and plum into wedges . Whip the cream; remove the vanilla from the cooled custard, mix it with the cream and fill the pastry base . Complete with the prepared fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar .

This cake is particularly suitable for summer, the fruit gives it a cheerful appearance and ideal freshness. The tart with chantilly cream is delicious, the preparation takes some time but you will be thrilled; also ideal for celebrating a birthday.
